Release v0.9

This is the first release.
We've still got some big issues, such as the fact that heartrate is recorded while device is off-body, hence this is v0.9.
This currently serves as dependency for asteroid-health and asteroid-toolwatch (and whatever else). Check READMEs and tags there for compatibility.
